Global Trade Collective membership access, directory usage, verification review, and accountability features are subject to network standards, internal review, and the right to deny, suspend, or revoke access where misrepresentation or misuse is identified.

Directory and network features are intended for legitimate professional use by trade and logistics operators. Public or member-facing risk and accountability records are subject to moderation and review.

This MVP terms page is a temporary operating placeholder and should be replaced with finalized legal language before broad external onboarding.
