Commercial partner agreement

Membership establishes participation in GTC. Companies that want to move beyond membership and operate as commercial partners—providing services, participating in transactions, or receiving settlement funds—are governed by a separate Vendor Services and Transaction Settlement Agreement. That agreement is provided during approved vendor onboarding and must be signed by authorized representatives of both parties through Adobe Acrobat Sign, DocuSign, or another approved e-signature process before the first live vendor transaction. It is not accepted through the general membership checkbox.
